    Or Deadly End/Neighborhood Watch for what's probably the closest thing to a disease-themed slasher outside of that Biohazard guy who was offhandedly mentioned in Slashermania.

      For trivia, it was originally conceived as a sequel to Doctor Giggles.

      I found a copy at a gas station (of all places) a few years ago.
