I was amazed to be seeing a new Jason movie in the theater in 2002 - with a preview for a new Halloween movie on the front! I liked the movie then, I like it even more now. When you marathon the movies - and you've sat through the pretty bad part 8 and the really bad part 9, this movie looks all the better - and leads you in to the incredibly fun Freddy vs Jason.
